Once the payment has been made, the buyer has accepted the following:

1. In-stock products are shipped in up to 3 business days
2. Backorder usually takes from 5 to 30 business days to be carefully manufactured and then shipped to the buyer
3. The buyer is responsible for any extra costs* when it arrives in the destination country (customs fees, taxes, duties...)
4. Warranty against manufacturing defects (refund or the same product)
5. The buyer pays for return shipping
